- What is Seoul Devotion? Seoul Devotion is a fan-inspired shop dedicated to K-pop lovers. We create unique apparel and accessories inspired by the music, aesthetics and culture of K-pop.
- Are your products official K-pop merch? No. Our products are fan-inspired designs created for fellow K-pop fans and are not official merchandise from entertainment companies or artists.
- What sizes do you offer? Most of our apparel is available in sizes S-2XL Size charts are included on each product page to help you choose the best fit.
- What materials are your hoodies and t-shirts made of? Our apparel is made from high-quality cotton or cotton-blend fabrics depending on the specific garment selected. Each item is printed on demand using premium materials supplied through our production partners. Please refer to the product details for the exact fabric composition of each item.
- Are your designs limited edition? Some designs may be limited runs or seasonal releases, so once they are gone they may not return.
SHIPPING & PRODUCTION TIME
- Where do you ship from? Orders are produced through our trusted print partners and shipped from the nearest fulfillment centre to your location whenever possible.
- How long does production take? All items are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Production typically takes 2-7 business days before your order is shipped.

Shipping times vary depending on the print provider, product type and destination country. International orders may also experience customs delays.
- How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
- Do you ship internationally? YES! Seoul Devotion ships worldwide so K-pop fans everywhere can enjoy our designs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Can I return or exchange an item? If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will contact the print provider to arrange a replacement or a refund.
- Can I exchange for a different size? Because most items are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for sizing. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
- What if my order arrives damaged? Please e-mail us with photos of the item and packaging, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
