Refund policy

Here at SEOUL DEVOTION all of our items are made to order. Because of this, we operate a strict no returns and no exchanges policy.

Please read carefully before placing your order:

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including incorrect sizing, change of mind or preference.

Sizing Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size is ordered. We provide detailed size charts on all product listings - please review these carefully before purchasing. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items ordered in the wrong size.

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please use the contact form on our contact us page within 48 hours of delivery with:

*Your order number

*clear photos of the issue - detailing the damage or misprint and shipping label

We will assess the problem and, if approved, provide a replacement at our discretion. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible. We will also not expect you to return the damaged/misprinted item.
